Someone please help me, I'm trying to buy some aku stone shoes for my husband for christmas, and have failed to find a stockist online. Can anyone tell me if they know anywhere I can buy these on line, or better still get him to try them on, we live in west yorkshire but will travel if we have to. Thanks

Look up the Aku website Jules. There is a review on Aku boots on OM, there is a stockist in this country who will sell you kit over the phone. Unfortunately I cannot find their number, but will have another look for you.

thanks for that, I have contacted them, but they sent me an email with a list of stockists, but in a format that I cant open on my pc. All I can do is phone them in the morning and try again maybe. Thanks again for getting back to me so soon.

Glencoe gear and guides sell them and i think will also mail you your chosen size. They are now part of the ice factor so prob best calling/mailing them for details.

Thank you so much Ben, I have contacted the store and they have ordered some in for me. They are also at a good price, better than the only other pair that I could find online. Lets hope he likes them and that they fit! Thanks again.

How accurate is the fit with the AKU shoes? I've bought Merrell's and they fit on the large side for me, meaning, an 8US is more like an 8.5US. On the other hand, my Keen's fit on the small side, meaning if I wear an 8, I need to buy an 8.5. The Sierra Trading Post has these in the US but I need to know how they fit before I buy.
Any opinions?
