Alpine courses - any recommendations?

I'd like to do a course something like Plas y Brenin's "Discover Alpinism" one from this page:
PyB

Any one have PERSONAL experience of another course which they'd recommend?  I'm looking for one where you'd know exactly who is going to take the course.  (This is the reason I'm looking for an alternative to PyB as with them you don't know who you're going to get and on both my previous courses with them instructors have changed part-way through.)

I've heard extremely positive things about Bryn Williams - http://www.dragonmountainskills.com/index.html - from a friend and regular client, I'm sure he could tailor a course around your needs.

Try James Thacker of James Thacker Mountaineering or

Iain Gallagher of Kendal Mountaineering Services

both will do tailored courses

Many thanks for the suggestions.
