What does that mean?. What exactly happens and what does it say?.

Either the license is really not valid, or it is a restricted one (e.g. valid but only with basic capability). This can occur sometimes because the license details have not been properly registered in the software.

Do Help -- Register License, and enter the all the details again.

Then do Help -- About, and see what that says, in particular near the bottom: it should say 'License Valid'. It might say 'Invalid or expired license', I know exactly why that happens.
