'Natural' does not necessarily equate to 'good for you'
I know the 'health food' companies will try to persuade you that it does.
Ricin
Hemlock
Digitalis
Amanita
MRSA
Ebola
All natural. All bad for you...
I know MSG is bad for me; a matter of observation. Sadly, loads of companies are now using it. Even Oxo cubes contain it.
Fortunately, there are companies who are now moving back to non-MSG flavourings. Sainsbury's snacks, for instance (Walkers, having previously prided themselves on natural flavours, now use the triple-whammy of E621 Monosodium glutamate, E627 Disodium guanylate and E631 Disodium inosinate in many of their crisps, especially the 'Gourmet' ones...)
