Couple of Lakes Q's - Staveley / Townend / Troutbeck

Looking to get from Staveley to Townend / Troutbeck.

Does anyone know if the path onto access land above Stavely (Hugill Fell?) upto Kemp Tarn can be linked up with the FP which goes from High Reston Farm, then Raw Ghyll upto Hugill Hall?  Google Earth shows some potential but then I won't be looking from 200m+ in the air when walking it!

The simple alternative is to to suffer the A591 for a short section out of Stavely and pick up the FP at High Reston Farm.

Next, is the Post Office in Towend (or is it classed as Troutbeck?  It's the bottom of Trout Lane) still open?  Or has it become a victim of the closures?  I remember getting of top cuppa for something like 50p there a few years ago.

Thanks,
Chris.

It is now possible to walk fro Reston Scar to Black Crag on the access land but I'm not sure if you can get to where your asking.

The Post Office as far as I am aware the Post Office at Troutbeck is still open , it certainly was in March.

Thanks Dave.  The A591 looks to the best option to hook up with the FP.
