.....keep on getting lost in the mad melee of all the threads, so I thought I'd try to put them in here all together instead. So if anyone spots a place selling any of these items please can you let me know. Many thanks good fellow OM people.

Has anyone yet seen these products on sale over here please? I'm also seeking a stockist for some Couglans camping accessories in the UK, especially if anyone knows where they sell the cheap yellow £1.50 stove fuel funnels currently please. Ryedale Rambler let me down there! http://thegearjunkie.com/gear-review-fresh-bath-travel-wipes This is those wipes again too, right here at this link.

I'm sure i've read someplace that Brunton gear IS sold in this country Trevor, but under a different brand-name. Silva bought Brunton in 1996. Page 363 of The Backpackers Handbook, Chris Townsend. Silva sell a Storm lighter.

Thanks Mike, I have one of the great little Silva Helios lighters somewhere or other here, but the Brunton one is much newer and very different too; being much more like one of the little chef type creme-brulee mini blow-torches in operation I think.

http://www.coghlans.com/catalogue/productList.php?catID=22 I always seem to get that spelling of Coghlans wrong by misspelling it with a u in the name it seems. I'm after one of the bigger Jumbo Sierra cups there at link above from them still. As well as a few other bits too. I want one or two of the little yellow fuel funnels if possible as they are really handy items I've found in the past Lots of places in the UK seem to carry one or two lines - through Hi-Gear as the importer distributor here - but not ever is the whole range seemingly available here, most sadly.

Trev, Boots the chemist do Aloe Vera wet wipes that are pretty good, but don't confuse them with the kitchen wipes that contain bleach....they will make your eyes water

Thanks there mate, I have some basic Aloe wipes already here; but really specifically wanted to try out the new product there, thanks all the same.

I just need to find stockists for all these different little product items somewhere or other online, or nearby in a store is all.

Trevor, i've just googled ' coghlans waterproof matches', in the UK, and there is lots of stuff.
|
 |
Thanks there Mike, I'm gonna try having another look see online for this stuff over the next few days. Trouble is, as I say, that lots of places stock items like the matches for instance - imported and distributed for the UK by Hi Gear, and stocked in places like Millets/Blacks - or a few other bits of their huge range, but not the whole range. Especially they do not seem to stock the specific items over here anywhere at all that I've for a while now wanted to get. And none of these are items new out to the Canadian manufacturers range there either!
|
 |
I seem to be out of luck for ever getting the yellow fuel funnels again anyway, as they now no longer feature as product lines on the companies Canadian website. Maybe that is why Ryedale Rambler cannot get them anymore, as they deleted it from their website as a stock item just the other week.
