There'll be plenty of runners around - including me!

In case anyone's thinking of doing Snowdon this Saturday, a reminder that the annual Snowdon Mountain Race takes place in the afternoon, so it will be busier than usual at the top, with 500 or so runners, plus spectators.

I'll be attempting the course for the first time, as one of three events I'm using to try and raise money for the Alzheimer's Society - more info at http://www.justgiving.com/eric2008.

Wish me luck, folks!

Elfed, in my case you're more likely to be amazed at my lack of fitness - I'll be the balding, gasping one near the back!
