Walking holiday, end of August...

I need to get away for a holiday, funds are tight and it will just be a week away. I don't currently have the time or money to plan a trip myself so I am after a holiday somewhere warm, a kind of package like Freeride spain the MTB place do would be ideal but a walking type hol instead.

Or a nature watching holiday, basically a stress free laid back get away that doesn't involve the horrid hotel complexes of the Spanish coast and Lanzagrotty etc...

Any suggestions?

You'll pay more for a walking package holiday than you would if you just booked a flight and apartment yourself, and then ordered some maps from Stanfords or Amazon. Try Slovakia - tis ridiculously cheap, and yet you have the Tatras on your doorstep. Sky Europe are having regular flight sales so keep your eye on their site.
