Can't even remember how I got onto this site, think it must have been a link to the magazine for some reason, however this page has about 30 streaming videos, that give great advice to anyone heading out for a day (or two) on the hills.

Great resource of advice and tips from starting fire with one match, to looking after injuries, and a couple of extreme gear trials too, some of them are quite entertaining, even if it is for the terrible "acting" that goes on
