Using paypal means that you are insured up to £150 or £500 depending on the type of items. Paypal is completely independent from fleabay even though they work closely together.

Secondly Fleabay are nothing more than advertising agents when you think about it, just like the classified ads in a local newspaper.

If someone responded to an avert in the small ads pages of a newspaper, would they expect the newspaper to carry the can for any problems that arise.

As I said, the single problem I encountered and they reimbursed me without even being prompted.
