 Yes, need some pans. My "tasty gloop to share" will be in a giant pot, but we'll need to cook the rice and/or pasta in something. Plus whatever we do for Saturday...

but thankfully it didn't pour down as my waterproofs had been left in the car

Better than anticipated It wasn't completely without precipitation, but only occasional short showers.

Excellent - and clouds really do help to make photos look interesting. Who wants cloudless blue skies in photos? Boring! Not British! If Fenwick is as good as his word, then I'd say you've got a bargain with that tent then!
