I'd never really seen the attraction of Buffs, but the concept of a fleecy windblock one is starting to seem slightly attractive.

Weird Darren

If you want stakes for your buff slaying just ask - waterproof breatheable buffs kill them all!

John, don't do it, turn away from the pink side.

Digit Al, thank you for the offer I may take you up on that when I run out of my stock of titanium stakes.

Aha, put on the shopping list for Christmas. Now then a special edition cancer support buff for WD, a windproof one for him as well, and well, may give him a trio of buffs, maybe a nice fleece one too. Ok folks, anyone want to donate fifty pence to the 'buy Weird Darren a buff for Christmas'? I shall make sure the oder gets put in in plenty of time.

Pull it over the face, cut a couple of eye-slots and call it a niqab.

Well, Jack Straw's not my MP.

Dawn
thanks, and that crafty plan of yours has worked, as you know my address now as well.

Will have to move the tarp of solitude to some spot else.

Have it all arranged for you WD, a late night film centred around buffs and a troupe of buff wearing morris dancers to pay you a visit and they will dance the special buff waving arrangement.

Hiya all

Just been reading the above about the Typhoon Buff. I am a big fan of Buff and got one of these Typhoon Buffs about 2 weeks ago. I think they are that good, I have just gone back and bought a Cyclone Buff.
I work as an instructor in the Lakes and wear them all the time, these Buffs will keep me warm right through the winter.
Just get one they are Fab!!

Neil,
this thread isn't to promote buffs it to promote the fact they are expensive pieces of fabric that have no place in this world, and that it was a non-story Jon put on the front page.

<shakes head in disbelief>

Just proves a fool and his money are easily seperated.

I'm not an instructor in the lakes, and I think buffs suck and people shouldn't buy them. Unless for some reason they want to look like a pirate or a **** on the hills.
