How many of you bake your own organic scones, or are we talking fig rolls and Cadbury's Dairy Milk?
Snickers, Elevenses, Dairy Milk and SOMETIMES some home made fruit cake or ginger cake.
But not often.

Oh sorry thinking of something else :0 :)

 Hahahaha nice one Dave.
But seriously i honestly dont know anyone who takes homemade cakes into the hills but the wife wants a breadmaker for christmas so I might have some nice homemade sarnies to go with my elevenses and crisps.

Errrr Alex takes homemade flapjack - (not made by him I don't think LOL) and I have tasted it and it is lovely!
BTW Dave, nice to see you getting into the swing of OM pi55-taking!
but why take homemade anything when you can take maltloaf?
I used to make my own flapjack and brownies too, but they simply tasted too good... Never lasted more than a couple of hours.
Just discovered banana loaf - like malt loaf, but banana flavoured - to which I say yum. And no, I don't make it myself. I'm too busy churning out vats of organic vegetable soup.

I was walking on Mull recently, and my diet consisted mainly of Jam sandwiches (brown bread) - the choice of champions. Thing is, once they get all squashed they are just like flapjacks. Pure happiness...
I can supply the recipe.
Send it to trail, they'll probably publish it!!

Handmade Dark chocolate! How do that then? Seriously, who makes their own chocolate - I wanna know.
I'm usually so late and badly prepared that its sandwich and sausage roll from local bakers and as many snickers as I can carry, invariably the snickers remain uneaten and left in rucksack for next time. 18 months is current emergency snicker in rucky record.
Another emergency snicker person...we have some where the labels is virtually worn off....

I make sure the manic Mrs Morley bakes plenty of yummies now the weather has gone west, I can recomend a breadmaker fresh bread in a jiffy, and you can add all those nice bits 'n' stuff ! On the plus side you know whats in the damned loaf, recent reports have stated that bakeries are using petrolium jelly to grease the tins with which is BAD sh*t to be eating.
I was sorting out my kit recently and found a similar looking snickers, or maybe it was a marathon!
The silly woman didn't mention a bagel liberally squirted with Primula cream cheese.
I found a new one today. Chilli cheese, seriously spicy.
