Hi Ian, welcome to a fun site, oft frequented by some very knowledgeable people. I'm sure someone will be along presently who can offer pearls of wisdom about Iceland.
Hi Ian, I like Cleveland! Not withstanding the old joke about it from Robin Williams in the hit film Good Morning Vietnam! 'Oh, so you're from Cleveland! So the Vietnam war's not much of a change for you I guess then!' lots of Iceland travel stuff and trip details/facts from those there before you at the LP Lonely Planet website and their forum at The Thorn Tree too there! http://www.lonelyplanet.com/

Er, Trev, I think he might mean Cleveland, as in the north of England (sort of Redcar way) Cleveland, rather than Cleveland, Ohio

 Evening, Ian, welcome to OM.

Evening, Ian, welcome to OM. Oh, she's at it again. Have you no shame woman?!
Thanks for the warm welcome and links Yes from Cleveland in England, few places near me a bit like 'Escape From New York' rather than Vietnam
Sorry Ian, it is just you appeared there at a time of day when the American souls using the site often come out to post here, I have noticed before. That was why I jumped first off to that conclusion so quickly there! Welcome anyway! The info at the links provided still remains of use to you regardless of my obvious locational mistake.

Yes from Cleveland in England, few places near me a bit like 'Escape From New York' rather than Vietnam - Wrote Ian. You're lucky, round our way here in East Grinstead, West Sussex, it is more like Planet of the Apes I feel sometimes. By that I mean lots of rather ugly Gorillas parading about in little thug gangs, conducting anti-social behaviourisms while awaiting an ASBO as a medal, to wear like a badge of authenticity with pride.

Yeah, but then he went and annoyed everyone by realeasing far too many different directorial 'cuts' versions of the dang film didn't he!
welcome ian. we haven't put you off yet then? please don't ask what colour tent you should get......
Hi Ian, Welcome to the forums Trevor, just so you don't send me half way around the world. I'm in this Alva and not this one Although my body clock is set to US Eastern time.
Thanks again for the welcomes I thought tents were supposed to be 'Green' lol mine is
Proper tents are green. Naff tents are red. Red tents are for those on the Dark Side. After all, did you ever see Darth Vader in a green tent? No. Proof enough, I think you'll agree.
