Are there any other folk who might be interested, in principle, in getting together for a Dalesmeet sometime this summer, then? As far as the date goes, we could go with a majority decision. I live close enough that as long as I can get there for at least one night, I'm happy with that. It'd just be nice to meet a few OMers face to face.

I'd potentially be interested in a Dales meet at some point, but it's difficult for me to pin down dates at the moment, so best if you sort something to suit yourselves or the majority, and I'll join in if I can....

Also, I think w/e 3rd August is scheduled for a 'Windy' meet on Dartmoor. That's not a reason for you not to go ahead with yours, but it might mean that one or two folk who may otherwise be interested in the Dales may not make it.
