 "You have one pot and one burner at your disposal and while you're allowed to use jars and tins of food as ingredients in your sumptuous al fresco feast, they can't be the meal itself." erm? am i being daft again? isn't a meal made from ingredients? so something like a packet of pre cooked rice, a small jar of tomato sauce and tuna/chorizo etc doesn't count but uncooked rice, fresh tomatoes and tuna/chorizo does?

 Jars? Tins? What are these? Surely, vacuum-packed bags of ultralight dehydrated ingredients..? Or is it 'one pot cooking at home'...? Parky; maybe you're okay if you add a little salt to the contents of your tins and jars. Or some garlic/herbs...

from her last series everything was out of a jar/can. carrying the freezer out would be just too much (especially as it's freezer wallah's holiday)

Nice video there Diddy! S'funny though, I remembered that as being the humourous tv recruitment advert theme tune for RCMP a few years ago back too! Royal Canadian Mounted Police lowered their entrance height requirements you see, and got a choir for the tv recruiting add to sing 'Aint no Mountie high Enough!'

all in one pot eh. well that leaves out the smash, chopped onion, chilli, lemon juice and cumin seeds as an accompaniament out then. hadn't thought of a scotch bonnet chilli; that may make cous cous edible.
