Gear snobbery. It maintains the brand image of being the most expensive but only because its the best. Imagine if M&S made a Volkswagen Golf and you're almost there.
Alex, Forces discount...I got mine for £98 from Cotswold. Yes, very expensive still, but has some great features, and really light! I have been training with it for the KIMMS and it is really comfortable. To be honest, it has everything I require in an adventure sac, and you can take the belt off and on, now that I really like!
Yes, it is still expensive, but I have had my last KIMM sac for about 4 1/2 years now, so I thought I would treat myself. And I am sure being MacPac, it will stand up to the abuse and use that I am going to give it!
Judging by the amount of gear everyone has on here, well, at least I have only one daysac, and not 5!!
