I want to put the Outdoorsmagic news feed on a web site but the wizard thats available from this site no longer includes Outdoorsmagic as a news source.
Has anybody got the code they can email me or post here for others reference?

 Hi Giles,
Sorry, I wasn't watching over the weekend.
Code you need is down at the bottom of the page under the affiliates tag, Take our news for free.
All the instructions are there, but shout if you have any problems

Damian

I hadn't got a clue what Giles was talking about when this thread appeared, but now I'm interested too, but the nearest category in the wizard is "Top Sports"; I can't see an outdoor pursuits one, or anything similar. Am I missing something? (...a braincell or two maybe?)

Ahh, it looks as though moreover have changed the feed set-up.
We are looking into it, and I'll let you know what happens....

My point exactly Alison. I tried it a year ago and there was specific Outdoorsmagic option but it now seems to have disappeared, hence the original question. I know the feed is still working because if you search the web for Outdoorsmagic News you get a variety of sites taking the feed.
Cheers Damian, we'll wait to hear from you.

I should have it somewhere as it's on my dreadful personal homepage...
|
 |
Cheers Jon, knew there had to be somebody out there with it on their site!
|
 |
Jon don't be so harsh on your page.
That "homage" to the BMW K1 is a work of genius. Truely you have hit the nail on the head there.
|
 |
Giles, did you manage to pull the code down from Jon's site and get it to work?
|
 |
 Damian,
Downloaded the code. However, it contains a reference to a file called page which is used to create an array of articles. I am assuming that this should be accessed from a central resource because the local copy I have contains a hardcoded list of articles.
Any suggestions on how this link should be created?
cheers
Giles

Sorry that it has been such an ordeal, we are trying to get it sorted out at this end but it may be that we will just have to post the code and lose the flexibility
