Lost 206 Euros. They were not able to deliver package within 4 months. They sent it twice to different country according to postal slip they sent me after request. After I lost my patience with them, I asked for refund and then communication stopped and have not heard of them again.

Have asked card company to step into the process of refund because of potential fraud from mountainblack.com owner. This seems to be company called International Rocky Trade LLC, Denver, US, owned by french named Olivier Goumas. UK address is just pobox.

Avoid them at all cost

Mountain black is scam and froud... AVOID THEM! They send by purpose wrong items and hope that you will return them - but you will never get the right item and no refund either. They cheat you with exchange rates aswell.

My advice : avoid Blackmountain.com. All products are always on stock but never get delivered. Once you sugest them to cancel the order without cancellation fee if they can not deliver it they do it imediatly but charge 25% cancellation fee. lost €200. pretty intransparent company.

to me it looks like the business model of that company is to get its money from cancellation fees
