I'm sure I saw a thread on here not that long ago talking about making a half nest for this tent? Did anyone make one successfully yet? how hard was it? and what was the weight of the total package?

I'm looking for a lightweight shelter for two and reckon the hex or shangrila 3 might fit the job. I reckon a half size nest would be more useful than a full one as long as there is room for two peeps to sleep in it.

It's certainly doable - surprised golite haven't made one really.  It would end up lighter than the full nest.
