Starting out?

Me to i am waiting to call this morning with a complaint, should i not get the items i want for half price or less then i am going to report them to trading standards.

An example on the email is says half price or less, and then a button to view all, i clicked this and lots items come up, NONE half price or less even though they have the little band across the picture.

From memory, if you say things like half price sale then at least 10% of the stock must be half price at the commencement of the sale, they do not say this tehy say half price or less which means half the original price or less than that ie >50%.

Just spoke to them all of teh items listed will be half price in store. Why not online as well bewilders me?

Stuart, you're actually wrong although I agree with your complaint - there are a good few items at half price at the bottom of the 400-odd items - ( such as a handy camping chair...)I agree completely that it's misleading advertising to plaster the 1/2 price banner across all the items.

In any case, Go Outdoors will simply not have any of the items you want in stock anyway...

Just rang my store and surprise surprise they are not!

Sorry, ROD, was a little annoyed! i don't really need any gear but, its frustrating, and that is seriously misleading advertising.
