To All, Husky won't be on site to post as much for next few or more months. I am in 'serious' training for a charity bike ride of 750mls, in 10 days.

I will therefore not be about as much, but will dip in when I can. Have a nice Christmas/New Year. H. aka Paul

Good luck with the training then, Huskyman, and have a good Christmas.

Let us know how the ride goes.

Atlas, Belfast to Ballyshannon, (east to west coast via Sperrin Mtns.). Back to Belfast via North and East coast, (Donegal and Antrim coast). Belfast to Dublin and back.

Doing it for Help for Hero's charity, unsupported, just me, a bike, a tent and what I can carry. Will 'nip' into towns/villages for supplys like food, every few days, otherwise just 'the long and winding road'.

The hardist part of training so far is 'numb bum', not yet used to 6hrs or so in saddle!!!

 Happy Festive Season.

SB, not quite sure yet, not an "orginised" event, up to me to pick route, etc. Hopeing for round end of May/Juneish. The first part I'll be following Sustrans route. The next bit through Donegal is up to me till Stroke City. Then down Antrim Coast Road.

Still 'planning route' along Donegal coast, checking maps, distances, etc. Weather I can complete whole coast or have to go 'inland' to try and keep to schedule.

Will try and post more info. later.

PS for those not from NorIron Stroke City is Derry/Londonderry
