Hello everyone, I 've created a group on Facebook dedicated to hiking in the UK. Out of interest do you know of other useful online sites where people can meet up and share info on hill walking, wild camping and doing summer mountain leader course. I am also a keen cross country skier and I have found good sites relating to this, but not much on hiking on FB.
I've called the group "Hiking in the UK", so if you happen to be a facebooker, then please drop by to post some info such as your favourite hiking routes or events.
Thank you for the message. I thought that it was really odd that there wasn't a specific UK hiking group on FB. I like FB as it is quite flexible. to upload photos, links and information.
