hi,im looking into investing in a pair of meindl borneos and have been shopping around as the price of them varies  considerably from shop to shop, Field and Trek are selling for £89. an i was wondering if anybody knows how they can sell them at that price?

And are they any different from other retailers stock i.e seconds,old stock etc? for them to be able to sell at that price,

any info on this as ive read the reviews on these boots and really want a pair and a£60 difference from one shop to another is something  to think about,

Have just had a look at their website and it appears they are having a massive sale. I think they need to clear stock.

The Meindl Borneo's at that price are for ladies. If you are a lady, go for it at that price.
