I bought this a month ago and haven't used it, i have enough waterproofs already and don't actually need it.
It's a windproof/showerproof jacket made from pertex quantum, 180g and red.
The material is tough i've had a featherlight smock for a few years used it kayaking, climbing and walking and it still looks new, so this should last as well.
This jacket isn't waterproof but if it isn't tipping it down it will the water out for a while.
It packs up into a stuff sack the size of an apple, good for keeping on the back of a harness or in a pocket.
