I like HRenwicks stuff....do you use wraps or rolls? I tried nan breads but they went dry well quick.
and what about the salt loading in the food? is there lots of energy in there? looks quite fatty too...
Hi Mynthdd
I generally use wraps. I've tried all sorts of different types and the white flour burritos are my favourite. Naan breads would stay more intact. I'm eating some this w/e if it doesn't rain!
As my blood pressure is 100/60, I'm happy with salty food. I deliberately take fatty food as it provides more energy for its weight. That way I can subsist on 600g/day.
I need the Hampstead Bistro menu as I'm in the hills most weekends and my palate gets jaded.
'meat and two veg' actually has some merit (). A nice beef and horseradish butty with some salad, bit of salt for seasoning, and a sugary drink or snack for after or later on in the walk is just the ticket. Perfectly adequate for replacing any lost fuel/metals etc. Why does the human race have to find complications where they already don't exist.
The post has, however, added a complication in my mind in the form of a very disturbing image a can't seem to shake..........
