 You mean for your avatar? They have to be approved. Which can take a couple of days. Which I find odd seeing as I can instantly post this....

 If it's your avatar picture then make sure it's the right size and format. They take a while to appear as they need to be 'vetted' first by 'da management'

 Your face has to be 'approved' before it will appear. If your face is too scary... their job is to prevent us seeing it and having nightmares! Generally takes a couple of days to happen... maybe more coz it's Easter.

 paddy, i've printed and then enlarged your photo. i hold you in such high regard and have put it on the mantle-piece at home................ and it scares the kidds stopping them getting too close the fire!
