Another site i frequent has graded bans,i.e one week,one month permanent.Might be worth considering for O.M. As for my fellow posters concerned about my neighbours there now 16 living next door,evidently more rellies will be arriving until they get a bigger home.They've also had repeated visits from the police for leaving there Young kids unattended which according to them is usual behaviour "in our culture".No comment in case of exciting the P.C brigade.

 Julian, I've got some deeply annoying neighbours, three sets. One set is English, white east end, one set is British, black Carribaean descent, one set is Ukranian. They're all annoying in different ways and in ways entirely unconnected to their ethnicity and religion.
I don't doubt you have annoying neighbours as probably so do they. I just object to your conflation of their behaviour with their religion. Its very unpleasant to hear.
