Pack - Started travelling with a Golite Jam, but realised was overloaded (had dodgy back too)so bought anOsprey Aether in Tiso on way and used that - it was great - swallowed my gear and a solid carry. (Sold it on ebay week after I finished -good pack just too strappy and heavy for me)
I did carry alot of food as I like eating.
I'd carry alittle less next time - could probably get down to 12kg with a little trimming of the clothes and sundries but still taking a proper tent.
