Hi folks,

Hope all is well tonight.

Both Huskyman and I are organising a Bimble the weekend of the 5th of November.

Location is yet to be decided and we wanted to see if any other folk where interested and plan a location that may suit as many folk as possible.

If you are free that weekend let us know.

Cheers,

Stephen

As Stephen has said, every one welcome.

I don't think we have had a meet in Ireland for a while?

All are welcome, I'd like it to be a 2 day meet, with a wild camp.

I don't care where in Ireland, open to suggestions on where peeps want to go.

If peeps can't make a 2dayer, we are OK with that, only would would like a meet.

 Cheers y'all

 Paul.

 Bump.

Their must be "some" people in Ireland, (North or South), or UK might fancy a bimble in Ireland?

I'll repost nearer time. People might know if they are free by then.

Cead Meal Faltie ( A hundred thousand welcomes).

 Husky.

Hi Ed,

I hear you on that but we are seeing first if any folk from Ireland have any prefernce on location, I will put up a Post with a firm location and routes (just testing the waters), I had suggested the Mournes a few posts back.

As Stephen has said, it's not set as where abouts in Ireland meet might be.

We where thinking about having meet in Mournes, but if other peeps who fancy a meet in Ireland, we are flexable. If others fancy going some where else, we don't mind!

Where ever most peeps want to go, we'll go too.

Anyone with suggestions are welcome to post.

If we get a majorety of peeps wanting to go somewhere different, the meet can be changed to go to there.

 Paul.

 Darren,

The next meet is in the Wicklow mtns. 14th/15th Jan 2012, the route at the moment is Luganquila, (short horseshoe), with wild camp on 14th. All depending on conditions.

We will be taking crampons, axe, unless we are very sure they won't be needed.

At moment we have 2 sures, (Stephen & myself), 1, 99% sure, (PapaLazarue) and 2 'possibles' in JC5, Cormac.

I live near Belfast, most of the meets we've arranged have been suited around Stephen's holidays, he lives abroad and is moving again to US in Feb.

Either post here or PM me, I'll keep you up to date. Maybe arrange a meet in the Mournes.

 Paul.

 Darren,

Next tentitive meet dates will be April/June, for a Kerry meet, staying in a Hostel.

If we can arrange the dates right, some of the other OMer's from the 'mainland' could make it too.

Even if you can't make these keep in touch.

I could try and arrange a meet in the Mournes in between.

 Paul.
