I had a quick look into this for you - seems our forum system flagged you as having a 'duff' email. I've switched this off, so you should start receving forum notifcations again. PM notifications are executed from a different system. Not sure if you'll receive notifications on existing threads though or indeed this one.
My guess is that it was due to us changing our corporate email addresses; even though I use a proxy email address for OM which redirects to it, and changed that redirect the same day as our email system changed, a notification must have slipped through and been 'bounced'...
Is there any way that users can find out if their email is marked as 'duff'? Otherwise, it's mysterious to them, and having to get OM support people involved is costly for you.
