Okay - you decide to go away,  everthing you need for the trip packed up in less than 30 minutes.

You get home, and I cant believe how long it takes me to get everything cleaned/dried/repacked etc etc etc.

OK, I like everything spot on for the next trip, but today just made me think about it.

I could ask my wife to do it, but 1) I will be told where to go, 2) She would wouldnt do it the way I like, so point 1 is valid.

Anyone got any tips for speeding it up

Hire staff- We are in a recession (Or have you been wild camping for the last few years). I had to cut back on staff. Plus they just didnt sort it to my exacting standards.

Stop whinning - NO- Its a free world,  Living with my wife for so long - that femine trait has rubbed of on me Sorry but I'm not leaving my kit behind- I'm not an MP that can claim it on expenses. Or a city banker - tho some may say I am a banker.   My whiskey bottles go in the loch with messages in them saying "return to sender refilled " - so far hasnt happened

In respect of being on OM - That's not through OCD. I have upset all my so called mates, so I thought I would start on strangers.

It takes me a couple of days to get stuff put away, along with the tarps hanging up in the cellar, down quilts and underblankets hanging off wardrobes and boots drying in the dining room, she gets a bit narked sometimes.

I suggest we all move to yours, then we can all put our OH in your cellar.
