Lyle Brotherton has posted on his website some useful amendments to 'The Ultimate Navigation Manual' which can be accessed at
http://micronavigation.com/wp-content/uploads/Important-corrections-to-first-print-of-the-UNM.pdf.
They make an excellent book even better.

Further to the above post, Lyle has posted a number of additions to the original list of corrections to his manual. OMers who purchased his book may like to amend their copies.

Lyle is a truly remarkable person who welcomes constructive criticism and I'm sure that he would be pleased to receive further corrections and comments. I've never before met an author like him!

Wow, I was almost shocked the way people tried to bring Hugh's points as nit picking. I doubt he was actually bothered about the spelling mistakes, more the supposed facts in the book being wrong. Any book I picked up and found basic facts wrong I would not trust it and shelf it. Things like navigation can save someone's life, or in some cases put them in danger if the skills are lacking. Lets have a bit of accuracy please on simple things like facts.
