On 24th March myself and a friend will be setting off from Cardiff Bay on our challenge to run the entire circumference of Wales on the new Wales Coast Path and the Offa's Dyke path, a grand total of 1027 miles which we will complete in unter 40 days finishing on 5th May in Cardiff Bay at the official opening of the path. Arry,if you need any support on the route from swansea and around the whole of the Gower coast let me know,I live about 200 yds from the route near swansea and have easy access to the whole of this section.
