Walking and Climbing

I've found a few bunkhouses in mid Wales through Google searches, but does anyone have any recommendations / suggestions?

We're hoping to have a SARDA South Wales weekend training in the Elan Valley area next year, so are looking for a bunkhouse in that sort of area that can accommodate 20 -25 people, and plenty of vehicles. We're a small team, and a charity, so not exactly loaded!

Can't help from experience, but have you thought about local education authority outdoor education centres? Not sure if there are many (any) in that area, but worth thinking about.  Failing that, if you fancy camping and can find a site, I have access to sufficient army field kitchens etc to cater for that number.....

doubt there'll be too many cavers in that part of the world....

Thanks, guys; Dolgoch is too far south (otherwise I'd suggest we bothy at Moel Prysgau ), we really need somewhere in the Rhayader / Llanidloes area. Davey - great idea, yes, I'm currently going through scout / army cadet etc. groups to see if there's anything, but LEAs hadn't occurred, thanks.
