Anyone had experience of ordering gear from bac-e.com?

They tempt me to buy a down sleeping bag with a good price.

The problem is that I found absolutely no feedback from their buyers.

So, any feedback would be very useful.

I was about to order a tent from them, and added it to the basket then almost completed the transaction, but internet dropped out.

They called me the next day to follow up. I didn't buy it, but I was impressed by that bit of customer service. They were helpful enough in that short encounter!

I just registered my account and I saw in the automatic email from them that the answer is not personalized to the company, it is just a template generated by the software.

I really don't know what to do...

I've driven by it and confirm that at least its a fairly large bricks and mortar shop. They've even put a Google Streetview image of their shop on their website, which provides some reassurance.

Thanks for your help!

I ordered the sleeping bag today and I paid by paypal. After that, I called on their phone number and a nice woman confirmed me that they will send the bag today by FedEx next day. So, everything looks OK .

edit: I received the sleeping bag today, in 24 hours from my order.
