Patagonia Stretch Element Jacket (Orange XXL) - £90

Having measured myself and the jacket, I believe this to be (even though the label says XL!) more of an XXL size

I'm 6ft 1, largish build, with a 42" chest and 36" waist. Looking for example at the ME sizing guide I'm smack in between Large and Extra Large

chest wise 24" across the front of the chest (pit zip to pit zip) so, in my book, that makes it about a 48" chest? Length wise, Shoulder to hem is 29", with an extra 2" inches of drop tail.

Mountain Equipment Karakorum Pants (Men's XL) - £80

Great pants (high waist, but not quite salopettes) - just don't get on with them

Slight crampon nick to the inside left knee - repaired with wetsuit glue, so still perfectly waterproof

Jacket still available- having spoken to a few people, I've got it wrong and the sizing is consistent with other XLs- must have lost more weight than I thought.
