I've been using one for a couple of months now. Wicks well, quite warm [especially when zipped right up] and looking good after a couple of washes. The build quality is very good: just looks and feels well made. And the smell factor is low- not quite as low as pure merino, but very acceptable.
Mine is a non zip long sleeve. It's comfortable, wicks well, seems durable enough and smells less than any of my other synthetic base layers. cool enough in summer and is a decent base in winter.
I just picked one up in the sale. Tried it on briefly and feels nice, could do with ever so slightly longer sleeves though (i'm 6'3 and bought a large)
