Not dealt with The outdoor shop before so thought i might check with you guys first if you have had any problems or not...

Its funny... I thought it looked like a bit of a suspicious site when I came across it a little while back. Not sure why. They're actually a real bricks-and-mortar shop in deepest, darkest Milton Keynes, not just an online-only reseller; might be worth a visit if you're in the neighbourhood. As Matt said, the prices and customer service have always been quite good.

Liked the shop on the few occasions I have been there, had a bad experience with web ordering a few years ago (online showed non-existent stock) but they may have fixed the problem by now, but I would definitely check before parting with card details.

Bought lots from them over the past 4 years - always excellent, even when handling returns.

Last purchase was just before Christmas; no problems at all.

Bought loads from them both online and from the shop. They are only 20 mins from me and give good advice if required.

Only problem I've had is that they put the decimal point in the wrong place on a £350 tent and refused to sell me it for 35 quid. Blighters!!!
