omm only make one chest pouch. it has a map case on one side of it.

• Fits to all our packs made in the last 3 years.
• Use to enhance OTMA (on the move accessibility) of essentials.
• With the increasing use of poles, then both hands are busy and a chest pouch helps keep a map and other items at the ready.
• Map case in reverse side. Can be used in reversed position with map case showing.
• Carries small bottle upright, camera, food and other on the move essentials.

Their website looks real enough (as far as you can tell of course). As they've sent you a product ( even if it's the wrong one), rather than just taking your money, I wonder if you're just receiving bad service rather than being scammed. Hope you do hear from them - good luck.

Also noticed that on their website they only stock the Chest pouch and not a map version. It could be that in their distribution centre they only have the map version, having unknowingly ordered the wrong type from their supplier.
