I live in Kalamazoo, Michigan which is about 3 hours southwest of Midland and about 40 minutes east of South Haven, Michigan.  South Haven is on right on Lake Michigan; about 65km west of Kalamazoo.

I don't know if I-player will work with an IP anonymizer. I've tried to watch it through online proxies that hide the IP address, but it didn't work. It may be that it requires a positive UK-based IP address to work. But then again, I'm not the most tech-savvy person. I'd be interested to know if you get it to work for you.
