Just bought one at auction for my grandson and put it up in the garden. Stays up but the inner sags a lot at the front. Toggles on the outside of the fly should I think be on the inside to support the inner. Have I got reject (I could sew new toggles on the inside) or have I put the fly on inside out? I'd very much appreciate some advice from anyone who knows the kit before I condemn my grandson to a miserable weekend.

Toggles may be for holding back the open doors; my Protechs have this feature. Depends where they are, obviously...
Look out for tie-points on the fly; these are intended to be tied around the pole in strategic places to help keep the inner under control.
I assume it's the TS, single-pole tent you've bought? If so, play about with pitching. I pitch such tents like I would a multi-pole tunnel; zip up the doors, peg out the rear, pull the front taut and peg it, then adjust the pole position, and the four pegging points to make it nice and taut. Also make sure the pole is fully threaded into the sleeve at both ends.
Many thanks - it is the TS, single pole version. The ends of the pole locate in a couple of pegs on rings attached to the ground sheet; as far as I can tell the pole only fits into a short mesh sleeve supporting the inner.
I've re-examined the 4 toggles and if I reverse the fly they look to be displaced by some inches from plastic d-rings on the inner. A couple of clear plastic flaps on the inside of the fly (as is) do offer some support to the inner though. And the ventilators seem to be on the outside as I'd expect.
However I'll recast the fly tomorrow, weather permitting. Thanks again for your kind assistance.
