a famous fenwoman in you editorial in the November issue.

Octavia Hill is one famous sons and daughters to come out of my home town of Wisbech - Capital of the Fens (but sadly on some signs demoted to Historic Fenland Town).

Could we have some wild walks in the fens in the magazine some time please? I know you live North of the border, but please don't forget us hard men of the fens.

PS Cameron I'm sure your friends at Trail maybe able to suggest some local walks. Althougth all Peterborough is is an overflow town for London.

Mm, I thought tgo was a magazine about hillwalking:) What friends at Trail??? Most of the folk there would go apoplectic if I asked them to write a walk for tgo - and if they did EMAP would sack them.

We have hills in the fens, you just have to imagine them - mountains of the mind!
