The email address that Jon provides bounces back my enquiries; does anyone have a different contact for them as their phone number has an answermachine on...

have a search on ebay. I believe they are sold there too.
 info@bananaguard-uk.com
is, I'm guessing, the address you mean. It was definitely working last month. Unfortunately I don't have an alternative address.
I think they sell them in Ann Summers too.
Just for info, that's the correct address above and it's working fine for me.
Ann Summers is the correct address and works for you?

I have read that certain members have had troubles accessing the previously listed site for bananaguards. We would like to offer you the same product at www.bananaguards.co.uk we have one simple goal and that's to rid the world of squashed bananas.
 What a noble goal!
Lakeland Plastics are selling them now too...although sadly NOT is glow-in-the-dark
Glad that you guy's have been able to source bananaguards from other stockists. We do have the glow in the dark guards for those secret late night banana munchers.
Happy New Year to all of you and let's make 2005 a perfect year for bananas wherever they are needed!!!!
....and not just for bananas - I've managed to fit 5 small satsumas into (ahem!) one of my many bananaguards for a trip up Great Gable tonight!
....wow first I've heard of other fruit being involved!!! Maybe our mission statement at www.bananaguards.co.uk now has to involve ridding the world of squashed satsumas as well. Enjoy your trip & your satsumas tonght Beercat.

 Darren
Looks like there's a whole market out there for soft fruit transport. Can I suggest a smaller, rounder model for protecting plums? With a bit of ingenuity and velcro, I reckon I could attach a couple of these to my (glow-in-the-dark) Bananaguard.
Thanks
And TGO accused us of being "crude" before!!!! OMG
Dear Colin, Please send me an image of your velcro & ingenuity desin and I will send it to my manafacturers as a future product idea. They would think that I had gone really mad if I suggesed it myself. Many people are still convinced that our bananaguards serve an adult only purpose!!!!!!
Thanks.

Next thing you know they'll be sending monkeys up Everest - and then you really will need your bananaguards!
May I suggest an insulated version to stop those "frozen-banana blues", no-one likes to bite into a banana at -20 degrees :p
A sliced frozen bananana is very nice as part of a desert actually.
