CC, yes, it'll be Jan to April on Friday, May to Aug on Saturday and Sept to Dec on Sunday.

And His Weirdness is quite correct - anyone who claims to be working and isn't at the OS Show isn't really working.

Well I won't be working on Friday, and I won't be at the OS rip off either.

Even on special offers this is why:

Cost of ticket + cost of getting there + car parking + rip off sandwich prices (I have been to the NEC before)

then theres the overnight accomodation...

In fact work out what your spending to get there and then what you think your going to save buying bargains you don't really need there? Me thinks its a waste of money.

I worked out the cheapest way for me to get there was by coach overnight (so I could save on accomodation and sleep on the coach each way) - I could have a week in Spain cheaper!

I know there are talks and stuff too but to be honest I would rather have a week walking in Spain.

How true! Especially when it turns out half don't fit properly or work the way you think they should...

If anyone still needs a ticket, let me know, because I have been offered four spares by a friend.

Jan you have been unlucky, I have very little kit that doesent perform, and that was usualy cos I bought cheepo brands as opposed to an expensive brand discounted which is my usual method, mind you I dont think ( from a financial point of view) that it was a good idea for me and Evil Darren to go kit shopping together in Aviemore, hes a bad influence.

Thanks for the tickets John.

I had to ring and validate them at NEC but they asked for a ref no. which wasn't on them. Luckily the lovley lady on the phone trusted my welsh accent so no prob for me but others be warned

If somebody has some spare tickets going then I might be able to find a good home for one or more.
