Just seen on their website that Lakes runner/Lakes Climber are selling Inov8 roclite 390 boots for £50. Can't believe it myself but it looks like a bargain. Especially since the best price I have for Roclite 315 shoes in that area of the world is £85 or £90. I was going to get the rooclite 315 but I am actually tempted by the boots. Anyone know if any good?

 Following on from this sites review of the Rab Vapour Rise Alpine, just noticed that the website Camp Four .co.uk have the blue and grey versions on sale for £66. These just so happen to be the same colours as Go Outdoors stock so, if you're lucky with sizing, they'll have to price match it making the total somewhere around £60.
On that note also, Go are doing 15% of EVERYTHING today between 5-8pm instore or online (with code 15MORE).

My local 99p store[Barnsley] has solar powered 3 led keyring torches. Cheap ultra light gear.
The only downside is they do not have an on/off switch you press the button and its on. let go and its off.
This is easily solved by using a wooden spring clothes peg with the hole widened to fit the button. Clip it to your hat as well if you want.

Reference the previous post the Insoles at £2.99 a pair are also good value they are quite supporitive and have gel pads in the heel and forefoot for additional cushioning. You will need to be quick however as when I visited a couple of local branches this afternoon the first had none left and the second only had them in sizes up to 6.5/7. This is inspite of the fact that they only went on sale today.
