The connectors between hose and bladder have split on two of our Big Zip 2L models recently.They were bought about 13 months ago from a shop which is no longer trading.It's difficult to tell if these bits are covered by the warranty.Is there a UK agent I can contact?I've tried a Google search without success.

Heathjer had a problem with a 2l ziplock Platty bought from the USA recently. As soon as she contacted First ascent they arranged a replacement within days.

First ascent are excellent to deal with - they've replaced MSR stove parts 3 times this year for me - free of charge and very speedily.

Just wish the stuff wouldn't keep breaking :-(
