Hi guys. Newbie to the site and was wondering if anyone has had any experience of the GoSystem ThermoPro Stove? Having read through some of the other posts, I am slightly swayed toward the MSR although it is a little more expensive. My only niggle would be I quite like the idea of getting the GoSystem MightyLite Lantern too and, ok, it's a bit anal, but I would like the jit to match (sad, I know!)

I like the look of the Thermopro, just no idea how it compares in real life.

Many thanks in advance for your time and words of wisdom.

Been using a Thermopro about 3 years now. Never let me down & being able to invert your gas canister, improves things in cooler temperatures.
Plus marks-
More than adequate, stable & powerful.Good regulator, you can get a really low simmer on.
Minus marks-
Not exactly lightweight (but you can leave the windshield at home), a bit bulky and max pan size of about 18cm with windshield on.

Absolute bargain for the £25 I got it for.

WARNING - if you do use with an inverted canister ,the flame can take 30 seconds plus to extinguish, from turning the regulator off, as the gas pipe will be full of liquid gas. A bit scary in a low tent porch when you've finished cooking and the flame's still roaring. Remember to turn the canister right way up again a bit before you want to put it out.

Had a bit of a problem with the thermotec (same thing but without the windshield)
