I'm looking to buy a one man tent, dont really want to spend much over 120 pounds but the one major problem i have is my size as im 6 foot 6! been looking at the vango banshee but im not convinced its big enough. i was also looking at the vango ultralite but as its single skin im petrified that my new alpkit alpinedream 500 will get soaked with condensation!

any ideas?

The Wild Country Crura is a fly & inner one person tent that has a bedroom a couple of inches over 7 foot!

Shop (google) around for best price. :)

dont know much about tents myself but i did notice you are from lancashire and springfield mill in hebdon bridge are def worth a try as they have a large indoor display of all range of tents and they wont be beaten on price..make sure you try before you buy..

I'm not from Lancs either, but I'm even taller than Simon (6ft 10). My one man tent is a Terra Nova Solar, which is comfortably long enough for me, and high enough to sit up in, in my opinion a very useful bonus. The Solar is no longer made, and would be above your budget anyway. However, the Wild Country Solace is the same design (Wild Country is Terra Nova's 'budget' brand), and can be bought for £100.
