Just wondered if anyone had tried these things as they are new to me.

Don't know anything about the Lancashire Sports Repairs service.

Revivex is an American Brand (never seen it over here - the link you have is to an american retailer).

Revivex is a flourocarbon re-proofer and will have to be tumble dried for about an hour to make it work.

If you are looking to treat a Buffalo (as your name suggests to me) try cleaning first and then a spray re-proofer like TX Direct Spray On. Don't use a wash in proofer of any make on pile & pertex garments as this will stop the pile wicking.

oh I forgot to say you don't have to tumble dry the jacket if you use the Nikwax proofers.

Saves electric and money.
